• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup Norbu
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1/2 orange, zested and juiced
• 1/3 cup milk (of choice)
• 1 cup plain flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp poppyseeds
. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a round cake tin.
. Whisk together the eggs and Norbu until very light and fluffy.
. Add melted butter and mix until combined.
. Add orange zest and juice, poppyseeds, and milk of choice and mix until combined.
. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until combined.
. Pour into cake pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. Turn out of pan while still warm.
. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
